However, most vending machines do not support remote price changes.
When you create or update a coil record on our website, you may see an option to change the coil price. For machines that do not support remote price changes, changing the price here will not update the price on the vending machine.
The next time the machine sends a DEX report, the coil price on our website will be updated to match the actual price set on the machine.
For most machines, the recommended way to change a coil price is:
Change the price directly on the vending machine.
Wait for the machine to send its next DEX report or reboot the whole vending machine.
After the report is received, the updated price will also appear on our website.
This helps ensure that the price shown on our website matches the actual price configured on your vending machine.
